Return/Exchange Policy

Please read our terms and conditions as well as our returns/exchanges policy in its entirety and prior to making your purchase.
Please note that by making your purchase, you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions as well as any and all other policies outlined on our website, including but not limited to our returns/exchanges policy.



If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase mail your item(s) back to Jannah's Collection for a merchandise credit in the form of an e-giftcard after making contact with us via e-mail at Contact must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery. If this does not occur a merchandise credit will not be issued.

PLEASE NOTE: Customer forfeits any discount/discount code(s) used at time of purchase as well as any free gift(s) and/or giftcard(s) issued. Shipping fees are also non-refundable & non-transferrable.
Before mailing your item(s) back to us, please be sure to make contact with us by sending us an email at with your full name, order number, and your reason for returning the item(s) in order to receive your merchandise credit.
Please note: customer forfeits merchandise credit agreement if package is returned to us prior making contact with us, and will be responsible for shipping fees associated with having their package sent back to them.
Jannah's Collection reserves the right to refuse &/or reject any merchandise deemed unworthy of merchandise credit including but not limited to excessive returns &/or potential fraudulent or criminal activity, as well as merchandise damaged by customer &/or no longer in wearable or sellable condition. In any of the above instances, issuance of merchandise credit will be void.
PLEASE NOTE: we DO NOT offer refunds, exchange, replace, offer refunds, nor do we issue store credit for items:
- bought during a FLASH SALE or any SPECIAL PROMOTION (i.e. Labor Day Weekend, Black Friday, etc)
- that are ONE SIZE SEAMLESS ITEMS, &/OR ITEMS DAMAGED AT THE HANDS OF CUSTOMERS (as all of our items are inspected and shipped in pristine and ready-to-wear condition). These items are all FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. NO REPLACEMENT. NO MERCHANDISE CREDIT.
If for any for reason merchandise credit must be issued for an order that was placed using our AFTERPAY feature, please note that any & all fees passed on to the merchant at time of purchase &/or processing and less any discounts applied, as well as any shipping fees paid, will be assessed and deducted from merchandise credit amount before being issued.
PLEASE NOTEmerchandise credit can be used towards all purchases and the best part is, it NEVER expires.
All items being returned for merchandise credit, must be mailed back at the customer's expense to the Jannah's Collection LLC mailing address in Smyrna, GA within SEVEN (7) days of the delivery date.

Damaged, defective, &/or incorrect items must be reported to Jannah's Collection LLC within three (3) days of delivery via our “CONTACT US” form or customer service email - - it will be at the discretion of the Jannah's Collection LLC as to how we proceed if items are not reported within the three (3) day timeframe.

Jannah's Collection LLC does not provide pre-paid/return shipping labels — each customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost(s) associated with returning their item(s) to Jannah's Collection LLC, and if for any reason a shipment is returned to us and re-shipment must occur, customer will also be responsible for any shipping costs associated, unless we are at fault.
Once you have shipped your item(s) back to us, please be sure to e-mail us the tracking number. We also advise that you add insurance and keep proof of postage/shipping of your returned item along with a tracking number as Jannah's Collection LLC will not be held liable for lost, stolen, misdelivered, &/or otherwise not delivered packages being mailed back to us. Without proof of receipt, tracking, and delivery, Jannah's Collection LLC  will not issue merchandise credit for your item(s).
If you make a mistake with your order, you may be able to make corrections via email at prior to your order being processed. If your order has already been processed, we sincerely apologize, but you will not be able to make any changes thereafter.
