JANNAH’S COLLECTION will not accept nor assume liability nor responsibility for lost, misplaced, damaged, stolen, incorrectly delivered shipments, shipments that were not delivered &/or shipments delivered to the incorrect address including but not limited to shipping information being incorrectly entered. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipping carrier for packages that may have been lost in transit, misdelivered, or not delivered at all. If your package is lost in transit, please note that it will be your responsibility as the customer to file a claim with the courier responsible for delivering your package.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- Track your order status by using your order number or tracking number HERE via UPS or USPS
- JANNAH’S COLLECTION will email you an email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships — from there, you will be able to monitor your package’s shipment progress
- once your order has been processed, please be on the lookout for a confirmation email from us — in the event that you do not receive one, please check your SPAM/JUNK mail folder, &/or the spelling of the email address you made your order with
- should you realize that you did not receive a confirmation email from us for your order, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@jannahscollection.com Please include your first and last name on your order, the shipping address, and order number
- Please allow 1-3 business days for all orders to be processed
- Once processed, orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days excluding weekends and holidays
- Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped
